Sue, Jai, Jeff et al, I wanted to let you know that doing business with Jai (and the dealership) was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. I've bought 9 new vehicles in my life plus a slew of used ones as well. This was my third internet purchase, and thanks to Jai, the quickest and most forthright as well as professionally focused. You guys get it! The internet will probably never match the walk-in, face to face business but Jai's responsiveness and follow through, dare I say it, his word means something to him, was so refreshing and, frankly, shocking - based off of my prior car buying experience.
